Full Distance Media

Privacy policy

Last updated November 8, 2026

This policy covers the websites and newsletters run by Full Distance Media (“we”, “us”), including Marathon Bucket List (marathonbucketlist.com), Eatletes (eatletes.com), Enduronomics (enduronomics.com), Endurance Bucket List and fulldistancemedia.com. It explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

  • Your email address, if you sign up for one of our newsletters or email us.
  • What you send us, such as the contents of an email or a form.
  • Basic technical data that our hosting provider records when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use this to keep the sites running and secure.

We don’t ask for payment details, and we don’t knowingly collect sensitive information.

How we use it

  • To send the newsletters you asked for. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
  • To answer your messages.
  • To understand which articles people read, so we can make better ones.
  • To keep the sites secure and working.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Services we use

Some of our sites rely on outside providers, who handle data under their own privacy policies:

  • Netlify hosts our websites and collects some newsletter signups through its forms.
  • beehiiv runs newsletter signups and delivery for some publications.
  • YouTube videos are embedded in some articles. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, which doesn’t set cookies until you play a video.
  • X (Twitter) posts are embedded in some articles, which loads content from X.
  • Google Fonts serves the typefaces on some pages, which means your browser requests them from Google.

If we add advertising, analytics or affiliate programs that use cookies, we’ll update this page first.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any newsletter at any time. You can also email hello@fulldistancemedia.com to ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR, and we’ll honor those requests.

Children

Our sites are meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us their information, email us and we’ll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
